So much incredible information!

I learned so much and downloaded all of the PDFs to share with my mother, who is starting to experience memory loss. I loved the section on which supplements to take to enhance brain health- I am now taking all of them and I make the Brain Booster Smoothie recipe almost every morning. I really enjoy the exercises to challenge your brain and the meditation & mindfulness exercises.

My brain fog has lifted!

Easy to work through with lots of great information, health tips and drink recipes! I liked the breathing exercises and will keep doing as very effective for my anxiety. I highly recommend.
